4-Week Body Transformation Weight Loss & Strength Program
All members are given a fitness evaluation and orientation on the equipment. Part of the assessment is to determine your goals and needs, and from that we design a program to best fit you. After your first phase( Assessment & Orientation), you will then meet with our Life Coach, she will offer guidance on goal achievement and weight loss strategies (Phase II). Phase III is a program review. Our Life Coach will sit down with you and review your progress and make any changes to the cardio and strength program. Phase IV is another opportunity for you to meet with the Life Coach and discuss your progress. She will then give you a final health screen showing your progress. In your first month of membership we will comment 3hrs to your success so you will comment to a lifetime of health and fitness.
